For PhD Students

PhD students have the opportunity to participate in international mobility programs organized within the ATHENA consortium. These include short-term mobilities such as Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP), summer schools, and winter schools.

In order to receive approval for participation in a short-term mobility and be eligible for funding, PhD students are required to obtain a minimum of 3 ECTS credits as part of the activity.

How to apply?

- Contact Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator (Ms. Magdalena Wątróbka: magdalena.watrobka@mail.umcs.pl; (81) 537-50-60. This step is required to ensure that your participation complies with the university’s regulations.

- Contact the Erasmus Programme Office (DS Ikar, room 12). Get detailed information about administrative procedures, required documents, and funding conditions related to your mobility.

- Apply according to the guidelines provided by the hosting university. Follow the application process outlined by the organizer of the BIP, summer school, winter school, or other mobility program.

- Once you return, report to the Erasmus Programme Office to complete the administrative procedures. You will need to submit all necessary documents to properly finalize your mobility and funding.
